What data we process
Name, contact details, date of birth, medical information needed for safe treatment (such as medication, allergies and previous treatments), treatment records and photos for your medical file, and appointment and payment details.
Why
To schedule your appointment, treat you safely, keep your medical record as required by Dutch law (WGBO) and communicate with you. Photos are never published without your separate written consent.
Retention
Medical records are kept for 20 years, as required by the WGBO. Other data is kept no longer than necessary.
Sharing with third parties
We only share data with processors we need (such as our booking and records system) under a data processing agreement, or when the law requires it. We never sell data.
Website
This website uses no tracking cookies. We measure visitor numbers anonymously with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies or personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete (where the law allows) and transfer your data. Please contact us. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
