Lip fillers
Fuller, well-shaped lips in balance with your face. Built up subtly by the doctor, with a choice of basic and premium fillers.
A non-surgical nose job (also called non-surgical rhinoplasty or nose filler) is a treatment in which a small amount of hyaluronic acid filler makes the nose profile look straighter and more balanced. At Zalat Clinics in Rotterdam, this precise treatment is performed by our BIG-registered doctor personally. The result is visible immediately, with no surgery, cast or recovery period.
In a non-surgical nose job, the doctor places small amounts of hyaluronic acid at carefully chosen points on the nose. A bump on the bridge can be disguised by filling the areas above and below it, the tip can be visually lifted a little, and a slight deviation or irregularity can become less visible.
It is important to know that filler adds volume. The nose can look straighter, smoother and better proportioned, but it cannot become smaller or narrower. Reducing the size of the nose or correcting breathing problems requires surgery. At the consultation the doctor will explain honestly what is and is not achievable.
Usually less than 1 ml of filler is needed. Because it is hyaluronic acid, the effect is temporary and the filler can be dissolved if needed. A non-surgical nose job is available from €299. The price is agreed with you beforehand at the free consultation.
The nose bridge largely determines how your nose looks in profile. With a bump on the bridge, the doctor very lightly fills the area above and sometimes below it, so that the line from forehead to nasal tip looks straighter. The bump itself does not disappear, but it becomes less noticeable. This works best for a small to moderate bump; with a large bump the nose quickly looks too full in profile and filler is not the right choice.
With a flat or low nose bridge, especially between the eyes, a small amount of filler can give the bridge a little more height and definition, bringing the profile into better balance. Because the skin on the bridge is thin, the doctor places the filler deep and precisely in the midline and deliberately uses little product. At the free consultation the doctor looks at your profile and tells you honestly whether a nose bridge correction suits you.
Suitable from age 18 for people who want to refine their nose profile without surgery. Not during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with an active skin infection. If you have had nose surgery before, the blood supply of the nose may have changed and extra caution is needed; the doctor will then assess whether the treatment is responsible. Nose filler may suit:
The doctor assesses your nose from the front and in profile and discusses your wishes and medical history, including any previous nose procedures. You hear what is achievable and receive a fixed price.
The skin is cleansed and disinfected. Numbing cream can be applied if needed; the filler itself also contains an anaesthetic.
The doctor injects the filler in very small amounts and checks the profile after each step, working deliberately and calmly. The treatment itself takes about 20–30 minutes.
After two weeks we review the result together. A small refinement is still possible at that point.
After treatment the nose may be slightly red, swollen or tender; this usually settles within one to two days. A small bruise is possible. If you have questions, you can reach the doctor via WhatsApp.
The nose has a delicate network of blood vessels; on the nose bridge and around the tip, small vessels are also connected to the blood vessels of the eye. As a result, the risk of vascular occlusion (a blood vessel being blocked by filler) is higher here than in many other areas, although it remains rare. In extremely rare cases this can also affect vision. The doctor knows the anatomy, works with small amounts and knows how to act immediately. Contact us at once if you notice increasing pain, pale, bluish or blotchy skin on or around the nose, or any change in your vision.

No. Filler adds volume and can make a nose look straighter and more balanced, but it cannot make it smaller or narrower. If you want a smaller nose, surgery is the appropriate route.
On average 9 to 18 months, sometimes longer. The nose moves very little, so filler is broken down relatively slowly there. It varies by person and product.
In experienced hands it is a commonly performed treatment, but the nose is a sensitive area with a higher risk of vascular complications than, for example, the lips. That is why only our BIG-registered doctor performs it, using small amounts and a clear protocol in case anything unexpected happens.
Most people find it very manageable. You feel a few small pricks and some pressure. The filler contains an anaesthetic.
Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved by the doctor with the enzyme hyaluronidase. We first review the result together at the free check-up after two weeks.
