Wrinkles: frown lines, crow's feet & forehead
Soften frown lines, crow's feet and forehead lines with a subtle treatment, so you look rested while keeping your natural expressions.
The Nefertiti lift and traptox are muscle relaxant treatments for the neck and shoulders. The Nefertiti lift relaxes the neck muscle (platysma) so neck bands become less visible and the jawline looks more defined; traptox treats the upper trapezius muscle for a slimmer, longer-looking neck and shoulder line. In Rotterdam, BIG-registered doctor Dr. Pravesh Gadjradj performs both treatments personally.
The platysma is a thin, broad muscle running from the lower jaw over the neck to the chest. Over the years it can form vertical bands in the neck and pull the jawline and mouth corners downwards. In a Nefertiti lift, small amounts of muscle relaxant are injected along the jawline and into the neck bands. The downward pull decreases, so the jawline becomes slightly sharper and the neck looks smoother. It does not replace a surgical neck lift and works best with reasonable skin quality.
The trapezius runs from the neck to the shoulders. When its upper part is well developed, the neck looks shorter and the shoulder line broader. Traptox makes this muscle less active so it gradually becomes a little smaller. Some people also notice less tension in the neck and shoulders, although this varies and it is not a treatment for medical neck complaints.
During the free consultation the doctor assesses your neck, jawline and shoulders and tells you honestly what result is realistic. With clear skin laxity or fat accumulation, another approach may suit you better. Only for adults aged 18 and over, not during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
We discuss your wishes and health. The doctor looks at the muscles at rest and when tensed, and you receive a fixed price in advance.
For the Nefertiti lift, small injections are given along the jawline and into the neck bands. For traptox, a few injections are given per shoulder. The treatment takes 15–30 minutes.
You see the effect on the neck after 1–2 weeks. With traptox the shoulder line slims gradually over 4–8 weeks.
The doctor assesses the result and discusses with you whether and when a follow-up treatment makes sense.
You can go home or back to work straight away. Small bumps, redness or a bruise may appear at the injection points. After traptox your shoulders may tire more quickly during heavy lifting or strength training in the first weeks. After a Nefertiti lift, swallowing or tensing the neck may rarely feel different for a while; that is why we dose carefully in the neck. If you have questions you can reach the doctor via WhatsApp.
A Nefertiti lift costs from €229, traptox (both shoulders) €289. The final price is agreed during the consultation, before any treatment. The consultation and the two-week check-up are free.

A Nefertiti lift is a non-surgical muscle relaxant treatment that reduces the downward pull of the neck muscle. A neck lift is surgery in which skin is removed. The effect of the Nefertiti lift is more subtle and temporary.
On average 4–6 months. Because the muscle gradually becomes smaller, the full effect only shows after a few weeks.
Yes, after the first few days you can exercise again. With heavy strength training for the shoulders and neck, the muscles may tire a little sooner in the first weeks.
Some people notice less shoulder tension, but we offer traptox as an aesthetic treatment. For persistent neck pain we advise seeing your GP or physiotherapist first.

Soften horizontal forehead lines with a low, evenly spread dose of muscle relaxant, so your eyebrows stay light and expressive.
A low dose of muscle relaxant above the upper lip lets the lip roll out slightly, showing more of the red part without adding volume.
